Yeah so Friday came along & I did it; I let a huge black man penetrate me rotten! He went deep inside using three fingers/objects & pulled out a plum/ gall bladder... You pervs; like I'd ever go black...

Okay; so Friday the 31st of July I had a *Cholecystectomy* "Gallbladder Removal" performed.

I went into the ER Monday night thinking I was having a heart attack or at least chest pains.

After lot's of blood work & stress test; turns out my gall bladder was immensely enflamed. & actually the Dr. said let's take it out right away.

Okay so Monday came along & I went to work feeling like shit. I was sent home from work; because I couldn't' stop sweating & the pain wouldn't subside then shortly after helping one customer I had to go throw up. So I go to the Urgent Care; & the doctor runs an EKG on me & is confused by my symptoms & says I need a shot of Phenegran to stomp the vomiting & that I might be developing a stomach bug? Well I get a shot in the butt go home & fall asleep because it makes me tired if I don't have the right "symptoms".

So I wake-up; & 11 PM show-s up & I can't stop barfing. Like violently. To the point where I couldn't take a breathe. So Michael & I decided it's time to go to the ER at Eisenhower & check myself in & see what's going on.

Test are ran; & I'm going nuts, blood is being drawn to the point where I think I'm going to faint they took so much. So I start to sleep more & finally they do CAT scans & ultrasounds & more EKG's & my heart is fine then all of the sudden all the pain went to my right side. So I was clutching my abdomen constantly & couldn't breathe. So they decide to do test on that. Well Wednesday morning comes round the bend & after 2 more test a tall black gentleman comes in & introduces himself to me & tells me it's my Gall Bladder & that he had no openings in Eisenhower but if I went to get administrated at JFK he could do the procedure at Noon. So I went with his advice & did so. So I have Margarita take me in & admit me since she use to work there & such. Then Michael & my sister go shopping. I wait there & sure enough here comes noon they ask me questions over & over; all different people wanting the same answer. Well I finish that up & get taken into the OR room & they start shifting me around & gassing me at the same time so I get knocked out. Apparently during the procedure I was cathidored & it was removed immediately afterwards. So it hurt 4 times to pee. Jesus Christ it was murder. So I get to my room & I love the Dilauted I get every 3 & 1/2 hours. So they were glad we got it out right away because apparently when he pulled it out it was the worst he's seen & that it was gangrenous. So I had something dieing inside me. So I'm wearing a drain until the doctor wants to pull it out. So I'm in a whole lot of pain & I hope I keep my job & nothing shitty happens. I miss work; home drives me nuts!

1st day

1st day at work was pretty groovy. Met four other geek squad agents. & one new cashier. We sat there & watched funny video's old ones & new ones. The General manager came in & gave us a chat; we also did a walk around & showed us the break room etc. I train on the register tomorrow from 10 Am to 2 PM, then Sunday & Monday I train at Geek Squad from 10 Am to 4 PM... Should be fun. So I made sure they saw that I want to work & to train me ASAP. I want Full Time damn it. & I'll earn it... & fast...

Cocktail?

This is what I mean. When someone who is medicated states they are on a Cocktail; they usually mean they are finally on the right medication combo to keep them stable... & Healthy... Mentally & Physically...

I start my new job at Best Buy Geek Squad Friday. 10 AM is my Orientation. Bleh. So I guess I sit there for 4 hrs watching Videos of how to handle money & irate customers.

But I got the call Monday morning asking that I go get myself a white polo & khaki's with a belt. The lady stated Orientation is 4 hrs so I should be out of there by 2.

But yup I got a job now; hopefully I get full time ASAP; that way I can get insured. I'm starting Part-time there @ $11 an hour. But I told the GM that the moment a full time slot opens I want it, claiming my seniority or practically marking the job with my scent. Plus Full timers get paid more? Go figure? But I'm so glad my drug test & background check came out clean. Not that I was worried; it's just my Doctor told me my cocktail usually makes a drug test appear dirty? Not a clue...

I've been rather depressed a lot. To the point where my psychologist wants to see me Biweekly again. I was only seeing her monthly because I got my depression & anxiety under control. But with the recent holiday that passed & the current one coming up made me realize or mourn my mother. I mean I'm ecstatic for all my friends with their pregnancies but makes me wonder if we'll ever be able to adopt? I was fortunate last night to receive a shot of Dilaudid from an un-named source that helped the physical pain I was in yesterday & also got my mind out of my mental dump. Isn't it weird though? That I thought I cried it all out the day of my mother's funeral; but now the holidays come up & all I do is think about her? I can't even imagine how my siblings are doing or dealing with this or if they are evening thinking about her. I know Margarita & I took it the worst. My brother became hostile. & I end up a tearing fuck. Well it just makes my name TyR make more sense I suppose. I figured I'd rant a bit especially since it's just a bad day. The pills aren't helping today but about to head over to a Christmas get together; i'm hoping it cheers me up. If not; well at least i got out of the house & tried to get over the funk. I hate getting older & holiday's blow goats. & I think I said that to my shrink already. Funny that.

Depressed... Is that even the correct term anymore these days?
I mean sure depression can hit & hit hard but am I just depressed?
This thing; this god-damn monster is killing me. I LOVE my Husband. But his mother makes me want to be in a self induced coma until she’s gone & fed through a tube of 600 calories. Is that so wrong? I mean really? I’m in so much physical pain & emotional pain that I took my normal medications for the day. But have already stolen some ‘Soma’ & ‘Vicodin’ & taken it down ‘Xanax’. I’m just hoping I guess to get high at this point; because sobriety is a waste of existence in my book. I think I seriously need to see both of my shrinks ahead of time. My schedule appointments aren’t until the 29th. But hopefully she’ll be gone by the 22nd. The sad part is I’m at least in little pain & not the tons earlier. But everything is still the same sober way. I hate it.
